12V Jing Tong Battery Pack Charger

I got two diffrent chargers, a 120V model for the US, and a 220V model designed for Australia. I put it to the voltmeter and found that the 120v model was putting out 12VDC. I don't have 220V in my shack, so I took out the transformer and connected it directly to a 12V source.
